They also work exceptionally well in moist cakes; Pastries that are particularly juicy. Simply add our berry mix to the dough as a topping and are a fruity addition to the delicately melting cake.

Psst, trade secret: In order to preserve our sour cherries and their friends for a long time, we send them into space. Or at least almost. Because our fruit is dried using a vacuum. We put the berries deep-frozen in the almost vacuum space and thus remove over 95% of their water. This makes them as crunchy as chips and at the same time keeps almost all of the nutrients in the fruit.

Now all you have to do is store them properly. Protect your red fruits from moisture and sunlight. Then they stay crunchy and aromatic for many months. So always pack them well and put them in the cupboard with them.
