We put the berries deep-frozen in the almost vacuum space and thus remove over 95% of their water. Now all you have to do is store them properly. Protect your red fruits from moisture and sunlight. Then they stay crunchy and aromatic for many months. So always pack them well and put them in the cupboard with them.
