Shipping policy

The following conditions apply:

Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Austria, Sweden, Spain.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge a flat rate of €4.95 per order for shipping costs.
We deliver free shipping for orders over €60.00.

With standard shipping via DHL, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. Deliveries within Germany are handled by DHL.

Deliveries abroad:

We calculate the shipping costs abroad as follows:

Austria: €6.95. We deliver free shipping for orders over €60.00.

Netherlands, Italy, France: €4,95. We deliver free shipping for orders over €60.00. Delivery is handled by:

• Netherland: PostNL
• Italy: Poste Italiane
• France: Colissimo

Other EU countries: €9.99. We deliver free shipping for orders over €60.00. 

Deliveries to the following countries are handled by the respective shipping partner:

Luxembourg: DHL
Sweden: PostNord
Belgium: PostNL
Spain: SEUR

Delivery times

Unless another deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
