For more than 10 years, buah has been bringing the best of nature into everyday (family) life with freeze-dried fruit. Jessica and Daniel Krauter run the family business with a love of nature and a genuine passion for pure fruit enjoyment!
The roots of the fruits.
It was like that even when we were children. We are Jessica and Daniel Krauter, siblings and founders of buah. We supplemented our pocket money with pumpkins we grew ourselves, and our inventive spirit got us on TV—on the Tigerentenclub and Löwenzahn shows. Until... well, until our wanderlust as young adults took us to Costa Rica and Thailand, where the big dream of buah began.

We wanted to bring the best that nature has to offer—the ripest, most aromatic tropical fruits in natural quality—to our loved ones in Germany. Our tinkering led us to freeze-drying, and after many tests, we were ready for our big mission: to bring natural fruit enjoyment into everyday (family) life.
