What is the Bestsnacker Club?
This is our way to show you gratitude for your loyalty. Easily collect loyalty points with every purchase and receive free products or discounts. You also benefit from pre-access to new products and can be surprised by us on your birthday. If you would like to share your love of fruit, then recommend us to your friends. For this you will receive 500 points, which you can redeem on your next purchase. The more points you collect, the more you can save.

How can I become a member?
Simply create a customer account here . This automatically makes you part of the Bestsnacker Club.
Does membership cost anything?
No, membership is of course free for you.
How can I collect points?
As soon as you have registered and confirmed your customer account, you will automatically start collecting points. For example, you automatically receive 250 points for registering. To see how you can collect points, look at https://buah.de/pages/rewards in the “Collect points” section.
PS: Sometimes you get double points for purchasing certain products. To find out about it, it's best to sign up for our newsletter now 🙂
The following applies to an order: For every €1 spent, you receive 5 points.
How much are the points worth?
For every 100 points you collect you will receive the equivalent of €1 discount.
Where can I view my current points balance?
As soon as you are logged in here , you will see your current points balance at the top of the page.
How can I redeem the points? Can multiple rewards/discounts be redeemed at the same time?
- Once logged in, scroll to the “Rewards” section. There you can see which rewards (=free products) we offer you. Once you have collected enough points, you can redeem them by clicking on the “Receive Reward” button.
- If you already have products in your shopping cart, you can also use the “Redeem points” function in the checkout to convert points into a discount. To do this, use the slider to apply a discount and confirm. Please note that you need at least 500 points to use this feature.
- You can either redeem a reward or use a discount. This also applies to other discount codes that you may still have. Only one form of “reward” can be redeemed per order.
How long are the points valid, is there an expiry date?
Your points expire automatically 12 months after your last order. To keep these, make sure you have redeemed them or placed new orders within this period.
Is there a limit to how many points I can redeem?
No, there is no limit. Try to collect as many points as possible to get the maximum rewards for yourself.
What is meant by the status "approved", "pending" and "rejected"?
You can use approved points directly for a reward. We still need to verify outstanding points. This is usually 14 days for an order. Rejected points will not be credited to you. This is the case if, for example, you have canceled an order (the points are then changed from “pending” to “refused”).
What happens if my friend cancels or returns the order and I referred him/her and received loyalty points for it?
Your outstanding points will be declined and removed from your account.
I completed an activity but didn't receive any points for it?
- Sometimes it takes a few minutes to sync before you get an updated view. Otherwise you can simply reload the page again.
- Also check whether you have actually completed your last order. If not, your unredeemed reward can be found under https://buah.de/pages/rewards "Your Rewards".
I ordered and only registered as a customer afterwards. Will the points for the order be credited to me later?
This usually happens automatically. In the Bestsnacker Club, the points are “reserved” for you for a month. This means, for example, if you ordered something 3 weeks ago and only created your Bestsnacker account in the third week, the points will automatically be credited to you retroactively because you placed your order within this month.
