Creative nutrition with freeze-dried sour cherries: More than just cherry pie.

What do you think of first when you hear 'cherries'? But probably baking, right? This also works really well with our freeze-dried sour cherries. You can use them to decorate a cake in the classic way or soak them a little and then mix them into the dough.

Our idea for children: crispy cookies. Simply mix your favorite recipe for a crunchy cookie dough. But just before the cookies are finished baking, take them out of the oven again and carefully press our freeze-dried cherries into the dough. It cracks with every bite.

Sour cherries are only available in midsummer? But they also taste good in winter. That's why we make them last particularly long for you. However, very carefully.

Immediately after harvesting, our sour cherries are washed, pitted and then freeze-dried. We use a vacuum to remove almost all of their water.

This not only makes them crunchy like crispy flakes, but also keeps them for a particularly long time. In their resealable packaging, they will keep in your cupboard for many months and remain fruity and crunchy until the last cherry.

Our cherries like it dry and dark. Therefore, do not store them in the refrigerator and keep them away from moisture and sun. Simply leave the cherries in the packaging or store the freeze-dried cherries in our beautifulrefill glasseson.
