Did you know that the pineapple is also called the queen of fruits? Its crown of leaves and exotic peel gave the pineapple its royal status. But her majesty has further secrets: she is not a fruit in one piece, but a collection of many berries grown together.

In our pack you will find exactly these small pineapple berries, portioned into bite-sized portions and given the mega crunch by freeze-drying. Our naná, as the South Americans call it, stays on the plant for as long as possible before harvesting and soaks up lots of the sun's rays. This makes them particularly tasty and rich in vitamins. We also choose a particularly sweet and fruity variety for our freeze-dried pineapple.

The buah survival tip: Did you know that coconuts are one of the so-called complete foods? If you had to, you could eat the stone fruit (yes, strictly speaking they aren't nuts at all) for many weeks without your body showing any deficiency symptoms.

100 g of fresh fruit already contains around 30 mg of vitamin B9 or 380 mg of the mineral potassium - and of course these nutrients are also almost completely contained in our crispy coconut chips. In order to turn the fruit into our delicious snack, we proceed very carefully and only use fully ripe coconuts of selected organic quality.
