This preserves the natural taste of the banana and removes a large part of the water contained in the fruit.

Afterward you should only store the fruit and cocoa properly, then they will stay fresh for many months. Please do not put the can in the refrigerator because the bananas will only absorb condensation there. The ripe bananas are flash-frozen immediately after harvesting and placed in a vacuum. So they lose their water and not their taste. Meanwhile, our cocoa beans are gently roasted for around 40 hours. The chocolate made from it is created without alkalinization in the Dutch process. Completely without chemicals.
