In order to preserve our bananas for a long time and to seal all the flavors deep in the fruit, we dry them immediately after harvesting. Of course, without heat, but with the help of freeze-drying. This preserves the natural taste of the banana and removes a large part of the water contained in the fruit.

Afterward you should only store the fruit and cocoa properly, then they will stay fresh for many months. Please do not put the can in the refrigerator because the bananas will only absorb condensation there. Much better is our securely closing container, which you store in a dark, not too warm place so that the chocolate coating doesn't melt.

The ripe bananas are flash-frozen immediately after harvesting and placed in a vacuum. So they lose their water and not their taste. Meanwhile, our cocoa beans are gently roasted for around 40 hours. The chocolate made from it is created without alkalinization in the Dutch process. Completely without chemicals.
