In our pack you will find exactly these small pineapple berries, portioned into bite-sized portions and given the mega crunch by freeze-drying. Our naná, as the South Americans call it, stays on the plant for as long as possible before harvesting and soaks up lots of the sun's rays. This makes them particularly tasty and rich in vitamins. We also choose a particularly sweet and fruity variety for our freeze-dried pineapple.

Where does the crunch come from? Our fruits from controlled cultivation remain on the bush until they reach full ripeness. This means we only get adult and ripe berries in our bags. When freshly harvested, they are freeze-dried directly so that the valuable vitamins, minerals and the taste experience of the strawberries are retained - over several months. Fresh fruits, on the other hand, are, as you know, only edible for a few days.

Already knew? Sour cherries are so sweet and sour because they contain large amounts of natural fruit acid. However, this is only the beginning of the vitamin dance in our red berry mix.

The secret stars are the strawberries and blackcurrants. Both fresh fruits contain more vitamin C than lemons. Just 60 g of fresh blackcurrants are enough to cover the daily requirements of an adult.

And the red currant with the cranberry? They round off our berry mixture perfectly in terms of taste. Because unlike the sweet and sour sour cherry, red currants and cranberries have a tart acidity that stands out quite nicely from the other flavors.
