Where does the crunch come from? Our fruits from controlled cultivation remain on the bush until they reach full ripeness. This means we only get adult and ripe berries in our bags. When freshly harvested, they are freeze-dried directly so that the valuable vitamins, minerals and the taste experience of the strawberries are retained - over several months. Fresh fruits, on the other hand, are, as you know, only edible for a few days.

Did you know that mangoes have been cultivated in distant India for over 4,000 years? People there also know it as the fruit of the gods and the large superfruit has this title for good reason. Mangoes contain a lot of vitamin C. There is also vitamin B6, minerals such as potassium and important fiber. Man, that’s a lot of micronutrients!

We make sure of this because our mangoes see plenty of sun until the last moment before harvest, before we send them for gentle freeze-drying. Portioned into bite-sized portions, fruity, delicious and naturally filling - thanks to the fiber - our mangos end up in the fruit pack.
