Plum crumble in a glass

This is what you need:

Ingredients for 6 servings in a glass:
  • buah plum as desired
  • 200 g flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 90 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 250g vanilla yogurt

Preparation:

  1. Combine flour, butter, sugar, and salt in a bowl and mix them with your hands or a mixer (dough hook) until coarse crumbs form. Don't over-knead them to ensure they remain nice and crumbly.
  2. Spread the finished crumbles evenly on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
  3. Bake the crumbles in the oven at approx. 180 °C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Let the sprinkles cool and divide them evenly between six glasses.
  5. Add 2-3 tablespoons of yogurt to each crumble in the glass and top with buahs plum.
