That's why we take a different approach: We gently freeze-dry the plums – without any heat or chemicals. This way, many of the vitamins and flavor remain in the fruit. All it loses is water. And without water, a plum can be kept for a particularly long time.

How long, you want to know? For many, many weeks. You just have to store them properly. Protect our freeze-dried plums from air and moisture, especially. You can simply leave them in their container and store them in the cupboard. Or you can do what Grandma did and use our beautiful refill jars with preserving lids.
