You can tell by their color: the fruits only become this golden yellow if they are picked at the last moment.

This process removes the water from the fruit, but preserves almost all of the fruit's aromas and cell structures. You can hardly get a fresher pineapple without traveling long distance.

To ensure that the taste lasts for months, the chocolate-covered fruits only need a dark, dry and cool place. So don't keep them in the fridge at home, but leave them in our practical resealable pack.
