Speaking of love and sun: that's exactly what our pineapples get from us. Extra much, in fact, because our particularly sweet and fruity pineapples are only harvested when they are absolutely ripe. You can tell by their color: the fruits only become this golden yellow if they are picked at the last moment.

Otherwise there is only the cocoa, for which we roast the beans very slowly and gently. What you then snack on is 100% pure natural.

Have you ever tried pineapple when it comes straight from the field? It tastes completely different than what we get in the supermarket. Simply because they stay on the bush until they are fully ripe and do not ripen somewhere else. You get exactly this freshly harvested taste from us because we freeze-dry our pineapples immediately after picking. This process removes the water from the fruit, but preserves almost all of the fruit's aromas and cell structures. You can hardly get a fresher pineapple without traveling long distance.

To ensure that the taste lasts for months, the chocolate-covered fruits only need a dark, dry and cool place. So don't keep them in the fridge at home, but leave them in our practical resealable pack. Because it takes up hardly any space in the kitchen cupboard and keeps the fruit and cocoa fresh like the first day.
