Figs are wonderfully delicious fruits with many valuable ingredients - and one huge drawback: they don't last a week even in the refrigerator. That's why you rarely get them in the supermarket and when you do, they're usually pretty mushy. In order to still enable you to fully enjoy the fruit, we rely on so-called freeze-drying. The ripe figs are frozen immediately after harvest and then placed in a vacuum. There they lose most of their water, while aromas and nutrients are almost completely retained.

This means they last a long time and still taste like they were freshly picked. You can enjoy them for many months if you keep them dry and away from light at home. Our resealable packaging is suitable for this. It couldn't be easier.
