However, we do not rely on unnatural sulphurization, but rather on gentle freeze-drying. Not only does it retain most of the flavors and nutrients, but it also does not contain any additives. The fruits therefore weigh much less when freeze-dried. It can be said that 100g of freeze-dried fruit corresponds to approximately 1kg of fresh fruit.
