Where does the crunch come from? Our fruits from controlled cultivation remain on the bush until they reach full ripeness. This means we only get adult and ripe berries in our bags. When freshly harvested, they are freeze-dried directly so that the valuable vitamins, minerals and the taste experience of the strawberries are retained - over several months. Fresh fruits, on the other hand, are, as you know, only edible for a few days.

Especially for breakfast and lunch, you can use them for your favorite dishes or show your children something new. Summery overnight oats taste even better with the fruity, sweet and slightly sour strawberries. The crrk-crrk strawberries are also suitable for various salad and dessert variations later in the day.

When the day is finally over, the sun is slowly setting and your little ones want to squeeze the last few minutes out of the day, freeze-dried strawberry slices can also liven up the soft drinks. Simply sprinkle into the finished drink. This not only gives your refreshments a fruity strawberry note, but also looks great.

Nothing but nature and yet long lasting.

To ensure that the strawberries remain vitamin-rich and nutritious for as long as possible, they are frozen shortly after harvesting. Using a vacuum, the ice-form water contained in the fruit is removed and the water content drops from around 90 to less than 5 percent. This provides the crunch that you otherwise only know from chips. And so, when stored correctly, our strawberry slices taste like they were freshly picked, even many months after harvest.

So that nothing goes wrong: It's best to store our freeze-dried strawberries in a dark and dry place. You don't have to put them in the fridge because the most important thing for our strawberries is protection from moisture and sunlight. So it's best to keep them in their packaging, as they stay fresh for the longest time - or use our practical and beautiful onesRefill glasses.
