In order to keep our organic bananas from controlled cultivation as long as possible and nutritious, they are gently freeze-dried immediately after harvesting.

No additives are used, i.e. neither added sugar, flavors nor other additives, but simply the water is removed using a vacuum. This provides the crunch. And they still remain sweet because bananas naturally contain fructose.

Our fruits contain no added sugar or other additives. However, they naturally contain fructose. Since the water is removed in the freeze-drying process, all the nutritional values add up. The fruits therefore weigh much less when freeze-dried. It can be said that 100g of freeze-dried fruit corresponds to approximately 1kg of fresh fruit.
