In order to keep our Friends Sweet & Sour set from controlled cultivation as long as possible and nutritious, the fruits are gently (freeze) dried immediately after harvest.

No additives are used, i.e. neither added sugar, flavors nor other additives, but simply the water is removed using a vacuum. This provides the crunch. And they still remain sweet because the fruits naturally contain fructose.

In our practical resealable packaging or in our beautiful onesrefill glassesThe (freeze) dried fruits stay fresh and crunchy and last for several months. You don't have to put them in the fridge. It is best to store the Friends Sweet & Sour set in a dark and dry place and protect the fruits from moisture and sunlight.
