Sure, the idea of dipping our crunchy apricots into creamy yogurt is pretty obvious. But would you have considered goat's cheese? The rich flavors of the cheese, combined with the unmistakable apricot sweetness. Plus a hint of sourness... So delicious! Almost like a vacation somewhere by the sea. Only in your mouth.

Or you can crush the apricot slices—a mortar and pestle works pretty well, but your fingers will do in a pinch—and then sprinkle the apricot flakes over a fresh summer salad. The kitchen recommends a mild balsamic sauce or a light French dressing, as they complement apricots particularly well.

Naturally long-lasting? It's possible!

We don't use chemicals in our cans! To ensure our apricots last as long as possible, we take a completely different approach: Immediately after harvesting, we first cut the fruit into bite-sized slices. Then they go through the freeze-drying process: They get super cold for a very short time, and in a flash, the apricots lose most of their water. This not only makes them wonderfully crisp, but also ensures a long shelf life.

Okay, so it's kind of chemistry (or physics?), but the process works completely without additives. The fruit retains almost everything that makes it so good for us: vitamins, minerals, and fiber. To keep it that way, all you have to do is store it safely at home. Airtight and dry. This works perfectly in our great refill jars.
