Winter plum pancakes

3 bananas
210 ml plant milk
105 g flour
30 g vanilla protein powder
1.5 tsp baking powder
12 g vanilla sugar
buah plums
Maple syrup

Zubereitung:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mash the bananas with a fork and add them to the bowl with the liquid ingredients.
  3. Stir in the remaining ingredients until you have a creamy dough.
  4. Bake the pancakes in a pan until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve with buah plums and maple syrup.
