Admittedly, it takes a little time. But this allows us to capture the perfect moment when the fruit is not only long-lasting but still wonderfully soft.

To keep it that way, it's best to store your pineapple and cocoa in a well-protected place at home. The storage location should be dark and dry, and ideally airtight, for example in its resealable packaging. Or you could just snack on it right away.
