That's precisely why organic soft fruits like mango and cocoa are so wonderfully versatile. The natural sweetness of the mango gently balances the rich cocoa notes, while other ingredients can alter the overall character depending on the occasion. Whether it's a spoonful of honey or date syrup, a few cashews or macadamia nuts, a touch of cinnamon or cardamom, or crunchy grains like oats and spelt – everything complements each other and transforms just a few good ingredients into something special.

And sometimes it doesn't take much at all: If you want to treat yourself, indulge in a special bowl or muesli and top it off with organic soft fruit mango & cocoa for a fruity-tart highlight – uncomplicated, conscious and simply delicious.

Fruit is a tricky thing. Many of them grow far away. To ensure they arrive here ready to eat, they're either preserved with chemicals or ripened in containers. Neither method is natural. That's why we take a completely different approach: Immediately after harvesting, we cut our mangoes into small portions and simply lay them out in the sun. This way, they slowly lose their water, become shelf-stable, and yet remain nutritious and soft.

Before they begin their journey, we simply dip them in our fair-trade cocoa mass. And when they arrive at your door? They'll keep for many months – provided you store them correctly. Mango & Cocoa prefer a dry, dark environment, just like in their resealable packaging. But honestly, they're too delicious to wait.
