Our trick for long durability.

If you store Pineapple & Friends airtight and protected from sunlight, our fruit mix will remain crunchy and nutritious for up to several months. You will not find any preservatives on our list of ingredients. We only offer 100% nature. Our fruits are preserved through the drying process.

Immediately after harvesting, we freeze our fruit at temperatures down to -80° Celsius. Then it goes into a vacuum chamber: The water in the fruit sublimes, it goes from the solid state directly to the gaseous state and evaporates. What remains is dried fruit that loses almost no vitamins. What remains is nothing but crunchy fruit.
