We probably don't need to introduce the apple. It's been with us for centuries, sweet, crunchy, and packed with vitamins and nutrients. But then there's cinnamon. Its scent alone evokes distant ports and sailing ships loading their precious cargo. Cinnamon used to be more valuable than gold. For a long time, merchants kept its country of origin secret, as the rare cinnamon trees only grew in Sri Lanka.

Creative nutrition with Organic Apple-Cinnamon: muesli on tour.

If you want to snack on our dried Organic Apple-Cinnamon on the go, you can simply fill it into a storage container and take it with you. Or you can invest half an hour and turn it into a delicious granola bar:

To 100 grams of Organic Apple-Cinnamon, simply add 200 grams of oat flakes and 100 grams of chopped nuts. Add 3 tablespoons of honey for binding. Mix and knead everything thoroughly, then pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 160°C. Now all you have to do is cut the dough into bars and let them cool completely. Because no matter how delicious it smells, we don't want to burn our mouths.

Grandma and Grandpa had their apple crate in the basement to provide a sweet vitamin boost with fruit all year round. That's clever, but we preserve our organic apples differently: Fresh from the tree, the fruit goes through a process called vacuum drying.

There, we carefully extract their water, drop by drop, using negative pressure. Everything else—vitamins, flavors, minerals—is sealed inside the apple, like a fruity safe. This not only makes them wonderfully crispy and long-lasting, but most importantly, their micronutrients are largely preserved.
