• 128 g dried fruit = approx. 1 kg fresh fruit

Sour Cherry & Friends is brilliant as:

• sour stimulant in breakfast muesli
• Snack with fruity teas
• Secret ingredient for juicy cakes

Already knew? Sour cherries are so sweet and sour because they contain large amounts of natural fruit acid. However, this is only the beginning of the vitamin dance in our red berry mix.

The secret stars are the strawberries and blackcurrants. Both fresh fruits contain more vitamin C than lemons. Just 60 g of fresh blackcurrants are enough to cover the daily requirements of an adult.

And the red currant? They round off our berry mixture perfectly in terms of taste. Because unlike the sweet and sour sour cherry, red currants have a tart acidity that stands out quite nicely from the other flavors.

The clever idea for...

• everyone who knows what being snacky means
• the icing on the cake
• Dishes with an Indian flair

Did you know that mangoes have been cultivated in distant India for over 4,000 years? People there also know it as the fruit of the gods and the large superfruit has this title for good reason. Mangoes contain a lot of vitamin C. There is also vitamin B6, minerals such as potassium and important fiber. Man, that’s a lot of micronutrients!

We make sure of this because our mangoes see plenty of sun until the last moment before harvest, before we send them for gentle freeze-drying. Portioned into bite-sized portions, fruity, delicious and naturally filling - thanks to the fiber - our mangos end up in the fruit pack. It is also rumored that mango has a positive effect on the intestinal flora (no more mushy prunes!).

Why do peaches actually have hair? Well, for the same reasons we do! As long as the fruit is hanging on the tree, its hair is as thick as fur, standing almost vertically and protecting the peaches from heat and cold. The hairs only fall out after the harvest, leaving behind the delicate fuzz, which you can eat without hesitation.

Peaches are also ancient, around 2 million years old. They originally come from China, where they are considered a symbol of immortality. There they are not only a delicious snack, but are also used as a remedy. We offer these special fruits in their purest form: no additives, no added sugar and no artificial flavorings. Simply 100% peach.

Its high content of vitamins C, B9/folic acid has allowed it to be incorporated as a dry substance into many diet powders.

Are you familiar with the German Cocoa Ordinance? It regulates what can be added to chocolate in Germany. And did you know that the word "sugar" appears twelve times in that short text? There's no such thing as chocolate without added sugar – but I'm sure you also know that there's no such thing as "buah" with additives.

That's why our Organic Soft Fruits Mango & Cocoa contain nothing but mango and cocoa mass. No artificial additives, no refined sugar, no preservatives. Instead, they're made by hand, because the mango isn't dipped into cocoa mass by machines, but by local people. So what you get is not only 100% natural, but always a little work of art to enjoy.
