We prefer to harvest the fruits when they are absolutely ripe, process them directly on site into puree, and gently dry it – so that the taste that defines a fully ripe fruit is preserved.

Only then do our fruits embark on their journey. To keep them fresh and crisp, you can simply leave the Cubes in the slim tin – or you can take a look at our refill jars. Because most importantly: dry and airtight.
