Gently freeze-dried – for long-lasting crunch.

After harvest, our prunes are washed, sorted, pitted and sliced before being
frozen and gently freeze-dried. A vacuum is used to remove the water
contained in the fruit – this creates the special crunch you usually only know from chips.
Taste, color and nutrients are largely preserved. After drying, they are finished with
a touch of cinnamon.

Kept tightly sealed and stored in a dry place, Prune & Cinnamon stays crunchy for several months. It is best
to store the fruit in a dark place without refrigeration – or transfer it into our practical refill jars.
