A papaya can only be truly delicious if it is harvested ripe. That is why we only pick our fruit once it glows a rich orange. By hand, of course, to avoid bruising. What is then lovingly peeled, deseeded, and portioned—also by hand—is 100% fully ripe fruit. We then soak it in lime juice for a fruity, fresh twist before freeze-drying the papaya at –40 °C. This is not only to make it crispy and give it a long shelf life, but also to preserve its flavors and a large portion of its valuable nutrients.

Once it arrives, it is best to store your fruity snack in an airtight, dry, and dark place. Simply keep the tin in the cupboard. However, our practical refill jars are a nicer option, as they make our tropical fruits look simply irresistible.
