Let's be honest: Do we even need to get creative? Because there's no other fruit you can make your kids love more easily than freeze-dried dragonfruit. The name alone is enough. DRAGON fruit! Who wouldn't want to be as strong and brave as a dragon? Needless to say, this snack is packed with nutrients.

And if that's not enough, our fruit can even work magic. Simply add it to creamy yogurt. Then just stir vigorously – and hocus-pocus white suddenly turns pink. It also works with milk and cereal, tastes wonderfully of the wide world and tropical faraway places – and simply looks like a party.

Long-lasting in a very gentle way.

When it comes to drying, most people probably immediately think of extreme heat. However, that wouldn't be good for our dragonfruit, because the heat of drying destroys flavors and nutrients. That's why we take the opposite approach and do it cold. This process is called freeze-drying, in which the fruit is suddenly chilled to temperatures well below zero.

This allows it to excrete most of its water while simultaneously locking vitamins, minerals, and flavor carriers deep within its cells. What's left is a crunchy snack that contains almost as many nutrients as fresh fruit and, thanks to the lack of water, tastes even more intense. To keep it that way, all you have to do is store it safely, protected from moisture and air. This works especially well in our beautiful refill jars.
