Try our idea for fresh blueberry waffles. To do this, mix the freeze-dried blueberries into the waffle batter and get the waffle iron glowing. Top the whole thing with fresh fruit, nuts and a pinch of cinnamon - and voilà, you have delicious waffles with blue accents.

Blueberries are typically ripe in July, but we make them available to you all year round. Thanks to the gentle freeze-drying process, the blueberries last for a long time without losing any of their taste.

Immediately after harvesting, our blueberries are cleaned and frozen. The subsequent freeze-drying process removes what little water they still have. What remains are their nutrients and their round shape as a delicious crunch.
