In our pack you will find exactly these small pineapple berries, portioned into bite-sized portions and given the mega crunch by freeze-drying. Our naná, as the South Americans call it, stays on the plant for as long as possible before harvesting and soaks up lots of the sun's rays. This makes them particularly tasty and rich in vitamins. During gentle freeze drying, each of our pineapples is frozen immediately after harvest. The ice-form water contained is then removed using a vacuum and the water content drops to less than 5%.

In the practical resealable packaging, our freeze-dried pineapple not only has that loud crunch, but it also has a long shelf life.

This works best if you store our pineapples in a dark and dry place. Attention: The small pineapple pieces do not need to be put in the refrigerator, because the most important thing for them is that they are adequately protected from sun and moisture. Our fruits contain no added sugar or other additives. However, they naturally contain fructose. Since the water is removed in the freeze-drying process, all the nutritional values add up. The fruits therefore weigh much less when freeze-dried. It can be said that 100g of freeze-dried fruit corresponds to approximately 1kg of fresh fruit. Calculated per 100g, the fruits contain more fructose than fresh fruit, but only because they weigh much less. You can find the exact nutritional information for every product in our shop.
